Themed “East Meets Algorithm: The Future of ADR in Asia’s Digital Wave,” this year’s Summit explores how technologies such as AI, blockchain, online dispute resolution (ODR), and smart contracts are reshaping alternative dispute resolution across Asia and beyond. As digital transformation permeates economies and legal systems, ADR must innovate to stay relevant, inclusive, and effective.

Hosted in Nanning, GuangXi, China—a strategic city bridging ASEAN and China—the Summit provides a timely platform to foster cross-border cooperation. In an era of rising trade disputes and regional tension, trusted ADR frameworks are essential to promoting stability and economic resilience.
